Have not blogged in a while, very busy, Easter,birthdays, college stuff, life, sewing, but all is well, nice day yesterday, church candy ,good food and hockey yikes!
I Did miss my family members that were not with us You know who you are !
It was my first Easter is 23 years with out all my chickens lined up in the pew, Alex was not with us, he was in Rhode Island working of all things, growing up what is with that...
Easter Sunday is always a great day for me it is very rare indeed to have all eight children ( minus one this year ) in one place acting nice all at the same time..
Communion is a special moment for me each and every Sunday but holidays are extra special, I am able to see how far we have come. From when we filled up two pews with allot of busy boys, nursing baby, distracted girls we have done it all. But now things have settled and our pews are much more manageable and I look around at all the young mothers and think this too shall pass.... They will stop fighting.. and yelling out.. crawling under the pews, you will stop sweating and feeling like everyone is looking at you ,the day will when you don't breath the big sigh of relief having made it through another service in tact... you are where you are supposed to be and I for one are so glad you are there. hold up your chin and know This to shall pass, enjoy every moment !!!
